The Alden Insulation Ventura Guarantee
We put it in writing because that’s how guarantees actually work. The 365-Day Done Right Promise is simple: every insulation job we complete in Ventura is covered by a written guarantee for a full year. If the work fails in that time, we come back and make it right at no charge. No phone tag, no arguing about what was said, no “that’s not covered.” The paper says what it says. And because we’re part of the Garrison Partners family, holding to The Garrison Standard since 2002, that promise isn’t a sales line. It’s the operating rule at every job site, including yours.
What’s Covered
- Workmanship. If the insulation we installed doesn’t perform the way we said it would, we return and fix it inside the 365-day window at no cost to you.
- Materials handling. We install products from Owens Corning, Johns Manville, Knauf, Rockwool, CertainTeed, Icynene, Demilec, and GreenFiber, and if a material issue surfaces within the guarantee period, we handle it.
- Cleanup. We leave your Ventura attic and the path to it the way we found it, no fiberglass dust on the hallway carpet or scraps left in the garage.
- On-time arrival. Our technicians arrive inside the scheduled window, not a vague half-day range, and they’re background-checked and in uniform when they knock.
- Honest pricing. You get a written price before any work starts, and the number you approve is the number on the invoice. Not close, not plus materials, the number.
Our Satisfaction Promise
If something’s not right, you call us and a real person answers, day or night. That’s not a perk, it’s the whole point of a guarantee. We schedule a second visit at no charge, we look at the work, and we fix what needs fixing. You don’t pay a trip fee, you don’t pay for parts, you don’t pay for labor. The 365-Day Done Right Promise includes that return visit, and it’s in writing before we ever start the first job. Bryce Holloway, Owner, holds every Alden Insulation Ventura job to that standard, because a guarantee that fades when you need it isn’t a guarantee, it’s a bumper sticker.
Licensed & Insured Backing
A written promise only means something if the company behind it can actually stand behind it. We’re licensed, insured, and bonded, which means you’re protected if something goes wrong on your property, and protected if the work itself becomes a problem. Insurance isn’t a formality for a contractor working in your attic, it’s the difference between a guarantee backed by a real business and a promise backed by a truck and a phone. When we hand you the written price and the written guarantee, both of them sit on top of a company that’s been operating under The Garrison Code since 2002, with the paperwork to prove it.
